Professor Gerard Marguerie, Vice President and CSO, has acquired an internationally recognized scientific expertise in the area of coagulation factors, haemostasis and vascular biology. He was Director of an INSERM unit, Director of the Department of Structural and Molecular Biology at the Nuclear Centre of Research in Grenoble, vice Director of Life Sciences at the Atomic Energy Agency and head of the functional genomics unit at Evry University before founding and joining the company. Prof. Marguerie is in charge of the coherence of the research and development program.

Doctor Olivier Saslawski, COO, is Pharmacist and has a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Paris South University. He has 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry operating in Scientific/Technical positions as well as Business Development in several big Pharma Companies among with Merck Kga, Cardinal Health/Catalent and Sanofi-Aventis. Over this period he managed the Pharmaceutical development of NCEs, new improved formulations for life cycle management and generics. Dr Saslawski founded a consultancy company and is operating the development programs for Arteria.
